A Journey of the Owner

Hi everyone, My name is Phuong Thao - the founder of PT Sport who just like many of you, faced my own struggles with weight and fitness. I understand the challenges, the ups, and the downs that come with the pursuit of a healthier lifestyle, and I have lived through it myself. 

3 years ago, I faced harsh criticism and ridicule about my appearance. For a long time, these hurtful comments weighed heavily on my self-esteem, causing me to doubt myself and my abilities. 

But instead of allowing negativity to define, I decided to turn my life around. I chose to embark on a journey of self-improvement, not for anyone else, but for myself. This journey led me to embrace the power of fitness and self-care. I dedicated myself to a healthier lifestyle, which, over time, led to significant weight loss and increased self-confidence.

The Birth of a Dream

As I transformed my body, I also transformed my mindset. This newfound self-assuredness ignited a dream—to create a space where women could feel empowered, confident, and beautiful regardless of their size or shape. It was from this vision that my dream of opening a sportswear shop was born - PT Sport
